Yes. We write professional business copy in both English and Italian. We are based in Emilia-Romagna and the Italian-language version is an in-house service, not a translation. For the Terza Dimensione package, both languages are included.

We issue invoices with Italian IVA (22%) applied to Italian-registered businesses. EU clients outside Italy with a valid P.IVA or VAT number benefit from the reverse charge mechanism. Non-EU clients are not subject to Italian IVA.
Prima Voce: 2 full revision rounds. Seconda Natura: 3. Terza Dimensione: unlimited. A revision applies changes to an existing draft. If the scope changes significantly after delivery, additional work is quoted separately.
Prima Voce: 8 business days. Seconda Natura: 10 business days. Terza Dimensione: agreed at briefing. Timelines start from the later of payment confirmation or completed brief receipt.

Yes. We sign NDAs before any brief is shared. All client materials are treated as confidential regardless. We do not name clients in our portfolio without written permission.
